You’ve probably tried different diets and joined the gym, but you’re often too tired to go and not getting the results you want.

You don’t love what you see in the mirror and maybe you’re feeling a bit distant from your partner, because you just can’t seem to find time to spend together. 

I get it! I was like you not too long ago.

It may not look like it, but living a healthy lifestyle wasn’t always the norm for me. Before I became a fitness coach, I really struggled…

I went from obsessing about being skinny, working out two hours each day and barely eating anything (resulting in me losing my menstrual cycle and burning out)…to binge eating and gaining weight like it was my job. Whether I was happy, sad, or excited, food was my “solution”. I went from a size 0 to a size 12! 

That lifestyle took a toll on me. I was depressed and hated getting dressed, because none of my clothes fit. I couldn’t enjoy time with family or friends, because I was obsessed with food. I’d linger around it, stuffing my face at events, then feeling guilty afterward. 

I was at war with food, myself, and even my husband. The last straw was when he said “You treat your friends and family like gold, but you treat me like crap! You need to figure this out. There’s no way I can trust that you’re mentally ready to have kids. Either you change…or I’m out!”.

I’ll never forget his words. It was the wake-up call I needed, because I didn’t want to lose him and I didn’t want to keep living that way.

I decided to invest in myself and explore different options. I found a new gym that I loved and made simple food changes. My husband got on board and together, we lost 30 pounds each! He says, “the older I get, the better I feel!”. I agree and it’s why I became so passionate about teaching other moms and dads that it doesn't have to be so hard, even with kiddos that keep you busy! 

I’m now a fitness & health coach (and mama to a beautiful little girl) and through my work with clients, I’ve created a step-by-step system…so you can stop feeling exhausted & overwhelmed and start feeling Strong & Fit!
